D\u00e9licieuses !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des photos des cuisiniers et cuisini\u00e8res par <a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/Sb7vcwmMLXpMj2s58\">ICI<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des recettes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pizza aux l\u00e9gumes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 4 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g de farine<\/li><li>1 sachet de levure ou levure fraiche (5 \u00e0 10g)<\/li><li>5g de sel<\/li><li>125 ml d\u2019eau (125g d\u2019eau)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La garniture (au choix)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100g d&#8217;emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9 et ou mozarella<\/li><li>1 oignon<\/li><li>\u00bc &nbsp;poivron<\/li><li>\u00bc courgette<\/li><li>Quelques champignons<\/li><li>Olives<\/li><li>Origan<\/li><li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de coulis de tomates<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Pr\u00e9paration<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te\u00a0: mettre la farine dans une terrine avec le sel et m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>D\u00e9layer la levure avec un peu d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de. Ajouter \u00e0 la farine la levure et l\u2019eau petit \u00e0 petit. M\u00e9langer au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/li><li>Faire une boule de p\u00e2te et couvrir d\u2019un torchon.<\/li><li>Laisser reposer 15 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parer la garniture\u00a0: Laver les l\u00e9gumes.<\/li><li>Eplucher la courgette et la couper en rondelles fines ou la r\u00e2per.<\/li><li>Enlever la queue et les p\u00e9pins du poivron et le couper en lamelles.<\/li><li>Couper en lamelle les champignons.<\/li><li>Diviser la p\u00e2te en 2 boules, garder 1 boule pour la pizza dessert.<\/li><li>Fariner la table et \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en cercle. Disposez-la sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier cuisson.<\/li><li>Etaler une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tomate, puis d\u00e9corer la pizza avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Vous pouvez vous amusez \u00e0 faire des jolies formes (soleil, bonhomme&#8230;)<\/li><li>Finir en parsemant de fromage, d&rsquo;origan et de quelques olives<\/li><li>Mettre\u00a0 au four \u00e0 250 \u00b0C pendant 15 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pizza aux fruits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La garniture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pomme ou 1 banane<\/li><li>Caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 ou chocolat r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>1c \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fraiche ou de fromage blanc<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Etaler la p\u00e2te en cercle.<\/li><li>Eplucher la pomme ou la banane.<\/li><li>Les couper en lamelles.<\/li><li>D\u00e9poser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de fromage blanc sur la p\u00e2te.<\/li><li>Disposer les quartiers de pommes ou les rondelles de bananes<\/li><li>Recouvrir d\u2019un filet de caramel ou de chocolat r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/li><li>Cuire 15 minutes au four.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atelier parent-enfant qui a permis d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 confectionner de bonnes pizzas v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es.
